Scorpion
he M808B Main Battle Tank, commonly known as simply the Scorpion ,or Scorp, is a UNSC tank. It is outfitted with a 90mm high-velocity cannon, a coaxial or pintle-mounted 17.62mm machine gun, and titanium-ceramic armor-plating, and can carry a compliment of five troops: four passengers who can fire their weapons from emergency jumpseats, and one passenger who operates the mounted machine gun.
Pelican
The D77H-TCI Pelican is an extremely versatile craft used primarily for transportation of personnel and equipment by the UNSC. Standard armament consists of one class-three externally powered projectile weapon at the fore of the vehicle and one class-one gas operated projectile weapon mounted at the rear in the extended crew area. More heavily armed versions exist.
Mongoose
The Marines’ fastest ground vehicle is the M274 ULTRA-LIGHT ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE or ‘Mongoose’. Essentially four wheels and an engine, this ATV can travel very fast over nearly all types of terrain. Because it possesses no defensive or offensive capabilities whatsoever, Human troops have been known to seat weapons specialists on the rear seat to provide firepower during combat.
Warthog
Warthog is a generic term for a series of UNSC ground vehicles. These light reconnaissance vehicles sacrifice technology for flexibility and reliability. The Warthog is affectionately known as the ‘Hog’ by UNSC soldiers.
Hornet
The AV-14 Attack VTOL, colloquially known as the “Hornet”, is a United Nations Space Command atmospheric vehicle. It is armed with two Class-2 Guided Munition Launch Systems, each including a missile launcher and a tri-barreled chain-gun. It is also capable of carrying two passengers in lateral jump-seats, who are easily exposed.
Elephant
Human recovery and mobile operations vehicle – designed to be a mobile base. Large enough to house 12 soldiers and a rear entry port which can fit a mongoose. Also fitted with a large horn sound, it’s drivable, can respawn troops, and holds the home flag.
Phantom
An extremely versatile craft used primarily for transportation of Covenant personnel and equipment. Phantoms are the Covenant’s equivalent of a Pelican class human dropship but boast far superior firepower and the capability of reaching greater speeds and maneuverability.
Wraith
The Type-25 Assault Gun Carriage, commonly called a Wraith, is the Covenant’s main heavy assault vehicle for ground engagements. The Wraith can be rapidly deployed in a combat-ready state by DX-class or Type-52 dropships, and thus is the bane of UNSC Soldiers and Marines.
Ghost
This fast-moving single-seat craft is used for scouting and assault missions, but its speed, maneuverability and flexibility make it almost ubiquitous in all Covenant activities. Armed with twin plasma cannons, it fires sustained bursts of superheated plasma with deadly force. If it has a weakness, it’s an inability to turn during boosted speeds.
Banshee
The Banshee is the Covenant’s standard ground support aircraft. It is very fast, extremely maneuvarble, and capable of a limited hover. Power-sharing with its built-in booster makes it incapable of firing while undergoing rapid acceleration.
Brute Chopper
The Type-25 Rapid Assault Vehicle, colloquially known as the Brute Chopper by UNSC personnel, is a Covenant Loyalist ground vehicle. It is used exclusively by the Jiralhanae.
Prowler
This vehicle is normally for brutes. But if it can be hijacked, it could make for a formidable mode of transportation. It can hold 4 people, including the driver and gunner. Who’s going to stop you?
